iPad Screen Time limits

Hello,

My daughter has an iPad from school, which is also managed by the school's MDM. However, we have created a child account for her and added her to Family Sharing with this account. We have defined screen time limits via Family Sharing, and my daughter can use these.

Now, the school's MDM has a policy that allows the teacher to access the tablet from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and approve apps. Could it be that the MDM overlaps with Family Sharing?

Could it be that if my daughter finishes earlier (12 p.m.), Family Sharing does not apply until 3 p.m. and the iPad can be used completely unrestricted?
