Charging a smart card with an Apple Watch charger

Do you mean the adapter (the thing you plug into the wall)? Or do you mean the cable? If the former, I agree with Carol B., contact the manufacturer. If you mean the latter, the disk on the cable is concave. I doubt it would work with anything other than the Apple Watch.

For an answer, you would have to contact the company who sold you that track/smart card.
