Ghost touch couldn’t resolve

My iPad Pro 5th gen seems to have sudden ghost touch problem one to bottom part . Which is on the right side when I use it normally on rotate to left horizontally.its a pain on my *** when I try to working on safari . Normally YouTube video will fast forward but when it comes to work it’s not ok .Tried all the method in YouTube can’t solve it , including iOS update , soft restart hard restart etc. Any idea to deal ?

Are you using a fitted case, or a third-party screen protector? A poorly fitting case - or low quality screen protector - can introduce touch problems.


If using either, try removing them - and re-evaluate.


Otherwise, you would be well advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support - and request a remote diagnostic test. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.


Alternatively you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to hand-on test and assess your iPad:
