iPhone wallpaper blurs at the top

Hello, it's been quite a long time that my iPhone blurs the top part of the wallpaper as you can see with the top star of my wallpaper. I don't know how to fix this and it's bothering me so much because it still happens with pictures that are perfectly the size of the screen (even to crop them in the photos app). Anyone knows how to do it? Thanks
