How to recover Apple Music

Hi, I’m reaching out in regards to my Apple Music account. All my music or at least 90% I have in my “songs” are saying “not accessible in your country or region” after being with you for over 4 years?? And tips to get the 1,500+ songs I have back to playing?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Check your country / region settings for your Apple Account are correct, and were not accidentally changed

Try Settings > [Your name] .Media and Purchases > View Account > [sign in if asked] > Country/Region

If country/region was correct, you could try deleting a song which won't play and see if you can redownload and play it. (If needed: There's a link below with info. on redownloading)

Else: Wondering if you have back-up or downloaded copies of any purchased music that is no longer accessible, as those back=up copies would likely still play ok:

About purchasing movies, TV shows, music, books, and ringtones from Apple - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Any digital media you buy from Apple can be permanently downloaded on to an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows PC.

Content you purchase from Apple will generally remain available for you to redownload or otherwise access from Apple. Though it is unlikely, content might be removed from Apple Media Services and become

unavailable for further download or access (for instance, because Apple loses its right from the content provider to make it available). To ensure your ability to continue enjoying your movies, TV shows, music,

books, and ringtones, download all purchased content to a compatible device in your possession.

You can permanently download purchased content to your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows PC. Once downloaded, you can access content without an internet connection, and Apple can’t remove it from your device."

It may or may not be possible to redownload purchased music:

See how to: "Redownload music from the iTunes Store on your iPhone or iPad

Redownload music from the iTunes Store on your Mac

Redownload music from the iTunes Store on your Windows PC"
