PANIC kernel error reports after multiple unexpected close and restart - following hardware replacements in <1 year old MacAir

My (less than one year old) MacAir has had battery and various components replaced as it would not charge,

After I got it back it kept shutting down and restarting, giving PANIC Kernel error reports.

I took it into the Genius Bar, they said nothing showing on diagnostics, wiped it clean and reinstalled the firmware and operating system. I reinstalled apps (MS365, Creative Cloud and Zoom) from scratch (ie not from back ups) and put back files that I had stored on line.

It is still closing down and giving PANIC kernel error reports. I have another appointment at a Genius Bar, what do I tell them and how do I make sure they do not fob me off? I did not have this problem before the battery failed. Any advice appreciated.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.5

Also, post several of the Kernel Panic reports here so we can examine them (the EtreCheck report only provides a summary which doesn't always get all of the relevant details). Kernel Panic logs are found in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" folder....if none are there, then check the "Retired" subfolder. The Kernel Panics logs usually have file names containing "kernel" and/or "panic". Post several of them here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper on the forum editing toolbar.

Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing the problem.

Exactly what components has Apple replaced on your MBAir?

Your tagline shows Mac OS 15.5, but if you had a clean install with OS, you should be at 15.7.2. Is that what you are seeing now?

I don't think we could really offer any suggestions until you know what Apple tells you when you go back. If still unresolved at that time, then we could further investigate by posting the free EtreCheck report using the Additional Text option when posting. That would help in case of a software incompatibility and provides a little more detail about the Panic reports, but would not resolve a hardware issue if that is the case. Apple has more intensive diagnostics they can do on your Mac in the store than what we can do here.
