I’m so confused on this Internet thing I have an iPhone 11 and I rebooted it. Yes I know my daughter said don’t touch the settings but now I’m trying to but one of the apps is an iPhone 16 asking me an apple to update to 18 what should I do? Do I delete the 16th and go for the 18th or help!!

No idea at all what you're asking. If you're asking if you should update, then yes of the app requires a higher version of the operating system than you are running.
However iOS 18 is no longer available, you can update to iOS 26.1 on your iPhone 11.
I second Kurtosis's comment. What is 16 and 18? How can an app be an iPhone model? Please slowly explain your issue.
