Cannot download older FCP for

I have an intel Mac and I want to get an older version of Final Cut Pro to work with my Ventura OS, but I am not given the option. My boot drive had to be rebuilt from a clean install of Ventura so I don't have a backup of the previous version of FCP.

I can get the older version. of Logic Pro from the App Store, but there is NO OLDER VERSION OPTION GIVEN FOR FCP.
