iPhone 13 Pro touchscreen not working, unable to access data

I have issue with my iphone 13 pro - all of a sudden my touchscreen is not working - phone is locked. I want to buy a new phone but still need my data in it from my old phone. I tried to buy extra storage in my icloud but probably it was not having the iphone photo sync, so it did not work, it only synced my ipad - I cannot use computer or ipad to load my photos since I need to press the trust this device on the problematic iphone. I was wondering if apple support maybe have the ability to temp fix the touchscreen and put the sync only or if there is any other solution so I won't lost my data during the trade and give them the old phone once it is sync. Any other solution if possible. Force restart did not work as well.

Troubleshooting a TouchScreen:

Remove Screen Covers:

Is there any screen cover sheet on the iPhone? If so, remove it.

Un-Stalling this:

What’s the storage? When the storage gets full, it can stall. So, see if you can clear the caches (“System Data”): How to Clear "System Data" in your iPhone's Storage- User Tip

Can you recover them?

Perhaps.

If unable to tap the screen, then you’re not going to be unable toggle in Photos. So, see if you can find them, somewhere else…

Recovering Deleted Photos:

Loss of data is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account. So, if the following does not work, then they are gone. That's just the way it is :(

Five Tactics to Try:

A. Start here: If you're Missing Photos or Videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

B. Check Recently Deleted:

For iOS16 and later, you can check the Recently Deleted option on your iPhone.

C. Check iCloud, Directly:

For Photos: Go here, and see if they reside in iCloudhttps://www.icloud.com/photos

D. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from one that has these photos (the most recent backup, ideally). If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back up your device for recovery purposes. Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out.

E. Where Else to Check:

  1. PC
  2. PDA
  3. eMail
  4. Mac Device
  5. Cloud Storage
  6. Android Phone
  7. USB Flash Drive
  8. External Hard drive
  9. Secure Digital Card
  10. Compact Flash Card
