It looks like the display is ZOOMED in. To UNZOOM simply Double Tap screen with your Index and Middle fingers.

Looking at Spotify's Troubleshooting page for Apple Watch the only option they give is "Apple's steps to install or re-download". Maybe you can ask your question on the Spotify Community Page to see if others have same issue.

Also let Apple know of issue after you upgraded to IOS26.

Have you always had this issue using Spotify? Are you running the latest Spotify and iWatch software versions?
Ive never had this issue and have always been good about updating both iPhone and watch updates.
Im up to date on both software updates.
I actually started to notice it after updating to ios26.
Ive reset the watch to factory settings and that was no help so at this point I’m thinking it’s a bug on Spotify’s side.
Thank you for taking time to help me, I did what you asked and I’m waiting for their response to hopefully fix this.
Is there some way to give you points for your help? I’ve never done this and I really appreciated your help.
Hello iphoneusertwenty25, Apple normally doesn't respond from Feedback unless their engineers have a question, so you may not hear back from them, but Apple does read all Feedback sent to them.

I was hoping it was that.
It only happens when I’m listening to music on Spotify.
