How do I fix crackling audio during Zoom calls on MacBook Air M4?
I have the MacBook Air M4 for a month now and I had problems with Mixlr and Zoom connecting due to Apple macOS complex technical settings that it doesn't have Audio Built-Ins like Windows. Firstly I downloaded BlackHole and it was echoey before I resolved it by a family friend, albeit was little echoey but didn't stop me from doing a live podcast. Since after that, I have not used Zoom or Mixlr for a month until when I was on a Zoom call by a friend who is hosting, I noticed the crackling started to appear from my end around 20 minutes but not anyone else, so I came out of the call and then came back on and everything was back without the crackling until it appeared again around 20 minutes and that was towards the end of the session. I tried to test the Zoom call using the other phone as a demo and clocked the stop watch around 20 minutes the crackling started to appear little before it became louder and louder. I noticed it must have been BlackHole sample rate or Clock Source settings going in different rate and I tried asking a friend who used a MacBook when he did Mixlr and Zoom apps without BlackHole or any audio internal softwares that hasn't affected how he connects, however he stopped using the two as he stepped down and I can't get to meet him or to show as he hasn't got it in his hands or the time to help. I even tried using Google Gemini and ChatGPT for solutions but it can only show what it knows but what I see it's different. Recently now I created Aggregate Mic for Microphone and Multi-output for Zoom audio to connect Mixlr, however the volume meter Aggregate Mic isn't showing on Mixlr as on Audio MIDI Setup it shows Mic on Channel 1 and BlackHole on Channels 2&3 and it won't let me click or drag to get Mic for Channels 1&2 and BlackHole for Channels 3&4. The Zoom hasn't got any problem when I tested it, I'm really struggling and I need help urgently if anyone has got any advice for MacBook Air M4 as I need to get this sorted for Monday. Thanks
