Mac with a Black Screen:

So, what have you tried, exactly?

A. Mirror the Screen:

Performing the following will mirror the entire screen, and allow you to use it as if it were you laptop's screen. You may need to use an HDMI cable, along with an adapter: Belkin Connect USB-C to HDMI Adapter - Apple

  • Without Touchbar: Hold Down [command + F1]
  • With Touchbar: Hold Down: [command + dull screen]

While Mirrored:

B. View "Displays" in System Information:

  1. Go to: Apple menu
  2. Hold Down: option button
  3. Select: System Information...
  4. Click: Displays

Is any internal display seen?

Thank you for the followup reply.

An Android app wouldn’t apply here, nor would an iPhone —my reply is about using an external monitor on your Mac.

So, if is is a password to enter Keychain, then is it your Administrator password you should be entering here.

Reinstall the macOS:

So, being what appears to be a glitch, I think mirroring this to an external screen, and then reinstall the macOS is what to perform here. Connect an external keyboard, if necessary:

How to Perform the Reinstall:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to performing the reinstall. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more, seeing if you still get this error.

“i try erasing my mac but when i click on erace mac i cant step ahead What's the issue here ??

Having erased this, you need to reinstall the macOS:

A. Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Intel or Silicon) . You need to then select the drive. Next, click the “Mount’ button to proceed. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more. It looks dulled-out and you cannot click it, then click the First Aid button to fix this volume.
