I have over 20,000 contacts and many are duplicates, but I'm not seeing the option under My Card to remove/merge them. Also, most of them have a link to Outlook which I'm not sure how that got there, and what to do about it to clean everything up. I have a 15 Pro Max running 18.7.1 Thank you.

You may have stored the same contacts in multiple email accounts.
Either remove the contacts from the rarely used email account or disable contacts from the rarely used mail account in the iOS Mail app.
