Security reason for smaller font size in folder info menu
What is the security reason to keep the folder-info-menu font size different(smaller) than the default system font size?

There isn't one.
I would not consider it a security feature...(?) not sure the rational behind the question as presented.
The Get Info pane is fixed in this regard.
You can submit your submit your Apple Feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple if it is an issue for you.
For what it's worth, you can't change the text size for the Get Info windows. You have to either zoom the screen or change the screen resolution.
Correct. Only the sizes of text and icons on your Mac can be changed, relative to other sizes that cannot be changed. If you need to enlarge the size of images shown on the entire screen of your Mac then you need to explore the various Accessibility options for vision as explained in Accessibility features for vision on Mac - Apple Support.
Increase the size of what’s on the Mac screen - Apple Support will accomplish what you seek.
To learn how to change the sizes of text and icons on your Mac, read Make text and icons bigger on Mac - Apple Support.
