Slow scrolling and limited touch response on iPad mini 6 after 26.1 update

my iPad mini 6th generation, after 26.1 update is slower, e.g. to scroll pages. To change pages is not anymore possibile to touch the screen center but only sides. Is not usefull. Some experience?
