I have a brand new Iwatch 3 ultra and it only charges to 80%. So extended periods between charges is lower. What is the point of this as I bought this watch fo its 42 hour life which is so much shorter than Garmins flagship watch. What is going on here! Is it a cover up of a shortcoming? I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this limitation.

You can disable the Optimised Charging feature and charge your watch to 100% each time you put it on the charger.
