MacBook Air m2 going blank if you remove plug and not charging.

My macbook air m2 2022 is turing off when unplugged and it's only powering on when plugged, showing battery status charging but not charging. No service indicator - health normal. But not charging just sitting on one percent in red color. What should I do please help someone
