MacBook Air keep asking for verification when using a search engine

Hi Guys, it is always nice to ask you questions? Why is my MacBook Air Midnight Black M4? Asking me to verify myself so many times when I use a search engine? I live with my Cousin who just recently moved in and purchased a MacBook Air in Starlight colour? But, he uses a Virtual Private Network? I would appreciate if you guys can help me with this since, he is not a serios person and likes to bully around people. I have called Apple and they tell me it is because of that so, I would appreciate if you guys give me an insight please?
