How to resolve HeartRate/BPMS issues with Apple Watch Ultra 3 for activity tracking?

Having issues with the HeartRate/ BPMS ( Ultra3) not registering which causes the inability of the activity app to be utilized. Got help with Apple support 2 times over the phone and also an appointment with the Genius Bar( they sent it to Apple and received it back within 3 days and said it’s fixed… not even close) to no satisfaction. Going back to the Genius Bar next week for another go at it. Any one else with this issue?
