YouTube videos on iPhone playing in foreign language

All of a sudden YouTube videos on my iPhone are playing in a foreign language.

When I look through all the settings on the YouTube app, they are all set to English and United States as the location, but playing in other languages.

One time when this happened, one of the settings was set to Polish and Poland as the location. I don't know how it got changed to this, but I set it back to English and United States.

Then weeks later it happened again, and now I can't find any setting that is set to an incorrect language.

Has anyone experienced this or know what might cause this? I can't seem to find a way to set it back to English that isn't already set as English on the app. Is there some hidden setting I might not be finding? I've searched everywhere I can find on the internet but all they say is to make sure the language is set to English, which it is.

This has never happened on my other iPhone, or with any other app on this iPhone.
