How do I fix Safari constantly closing on iPhone?

Someone please help I don't know what to do I've been having issues with Safari everything I open the app it constantly closes on me and when I go to my settings to reset it and clear out the cache and history it also closes in settings as well I've reset my phone so many times but nothing works
