I did a 5K run on Saturday and got my fastest result and it hasn't given me either of the awards.
I've also ran again this morning and it hasn't given me my 5K award.
Anyone got any ideas how to fix this.
I have tried turning my watch and phone on and off and unpaired/repaired the devices

I used my watch to start the run, so the workout app, it's what I always do??
Yes, I can see the workouts in the health app.
I set the workout off on my watch which is how I have always done it.
It seems to have started happening since the latest update??
And the workouts can also be seen in the Fitness App on your iPhone?
If yes, try to erase the watch and set it up as a new device, without using the latest backup.

Your Health and Fitness data will be synced back from iCloud automatically, which should also bring back all awards.
