Turn on Optimized Charging and whenever your Mac is within range of power, then plug it in. If you mainly use it on a desk where power is available, leave it plugged in all the time. Never try to manually manage power by unplugging it when it reaches 80% and let it drain to 20%. The Mac will manage Battery Optimization automatically for you and will not overcharge.

Hello,

The type of batteries are made to last a long time, however I recommend that you follow the manufacturer's own instructions, I will summarize them: always try to keep it between 20% and 80%, if you can work with the charger connected, the better. The system limits charging and preserves battery life.

In battery options (system preferences) there is an optimized charging option, activate it to preserve health as much as you can.

I hope it helps you.
