How do I unpair a dead Apple Watch from my iphone

Hi my Apple Watch 4 is completely dead i cant get it to start up ordered a new apple ultra 2 watch but how can i now erase old Apple Watch from my watch app

Tried going to iCloud.com and signing in but my old Apple Watch not showing up there so i cant remove it there
