This was a huge mistake. Never load any apps into your iPhone except those provided in the App Store.

Ksign is intended for software developers, not standard iPhone users.

is there a tutorial or something cause i don’t understand it i can’t follow instructions good and does this mean all my phone stuff is gone?

Yes, your stuff is gone.

  1. Tap Settings > [your name]. Scroll down and tap Sign Out. Enter your Apple Account password and tap Turn Off.
  2. Go back to Settings and tap General > Transfer or Reset [device] > Erase All Content and Settings.4 If you turned on Find My [device], you might need to enter your Apple Account and password. If your device uses eSIM, choose the option to not erase the eSIM profile when asked.
  3. If asked for your device passcode or Restrictions passcode, enter it.
  4. Tap Erase [device].

Sideloading isn't any better than jailbreaking your device. Yes, the EU forced Apple to allow it, and that's the problem.

Being able to do so bypasses the safety of the App Store where apps are tested to try and find anything that would cause harm. Not everything gets caught, but for the most part it works well.

Sideloading makes your iPhone just as insecure as any Android phone, which allows you to install apps from anywhere. The app could be doing one thing in the foreground you wanted it for, but could be secretly uploading all of your personal data to the author.

Malware is rampant on Android phones due to sideloading. And the Google Play Store isn't any better. In one 2023 report, over 600 million downloads were associated with malicious apps on Google Play, and a more recent 2024 report identified over 200 malicious apps with more than 8 million collective installs.

Apple fought hard to keep the EU from forcing sideloading under what should have been the obvious argument that it's Apple's company, and the government shouldn't be allowed to tell them how to run their own business.

Does the government step in at times? Sure, when it has to for safety reasons (child car seats, household items that can easily burn you, etc.). But there's no legitimate reason to force sideloading. If the vendor wants iPhone users to have access to their app, then they can put it on the App Store.

Someone has hacked my phone and is seeing everything in it. How do I remove this Virus

That is not much to build an answer upon.

Two general possibilities:

Option 1: someone with immense wealth has decided to target you and is using immensely valuable tooling, and nobody around here can help with that. The response here involves sensitive discussions, and direct forensic device access, among other steps. Steps which can’t happen in this forum.

Option 2: there is some other explanation for what is happening. Whether that is an Apple Account compromise, or somebody is manipulating or gaslighting, or there is a hidden camera, a known passcode, or confusion about what is happening, or something else entirely?

Also as is in common use these days, “virus” and “hacking” can mean “something changed and I don’t understand what”. Not a security issue. Or it can mean advanced tooling or some other issues ongoing for months or even years, and which are not going to get addressed around here, if at all.

What to do? Please explain what you are observing, what steps you have taken to secure your devices and your accounts, and also please how long these issues have been arising.
