Мошенники угрожают заблокировать телефон и требуют деньги.

You've been scammed. And since the phone was purchased second hand, your proof of ownership will NOT be acceptable to Apple. The only way Apple would be willing to help you is if you have the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller, which clearly shows the serial number on it. You won't have that.
Further complicating this is if you live in Russia. There are NO Apple Support options available in Russia any longer.
We've seen a lot of this happening in Russia lately. Sorry, but you now own a useless brick. And if you pay the scammers, they'll likely just demand more money and you'll still have a totally useless phone.
Time to buy a new phone.
