My apple watch doesn’t detect heart rate initially when I reached destination area specially in winters
it takes few minutes to detect heart rate or It needs warm wrist to detect heart rate
please tell me exact reason or its solution
This is a biological effect, the blood vessels retract when your arm or wrist is getting colder.
The only way around this would be, wearing the watch beneath a long sleeve jacket or pullover.
