After installing ios26.1 update on my iPhone 16 my screen is covered in numbers, almost like number bullet points. How can I remove them?

I had same problem and went to Apple support for help. Step one is to open your settings and tap accessibility. Then tap read and speak. go to voice, accessibility and toggle it off. It worked for me no more numerical bullet points. Hope this helps.
