Azerty boot up in Tahoe 26.1. Having upgraded, on a restart the password is required with an AZERTY input not QWERTY .. Once it has login all is good and as normal ... Any thoughts is this a bug?

Go to system settings / keyboard / text input / edit / all input sources and use the minus button at the bottom to remove any azerty input sources and restart a number of times to see if it sticks.
Hi Tom. Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly that does not cure the issue. There were no other inputs to remove and changing (adding) "Extended ABC" to "British" does not fix the problem. Also tried the multiple restarts 🙃. Jan
