Shortcuts in Control Centre not working

I have an issue with control centre, I cannot add shortcuts in it. I can add the shortcuts button, but I cannot assign any of my shortcuts and the same goes for the shortcuts in the controls on the lock screen.

When I tap on the icon in the photo, nothing happens, not even a slight animation that I pressed the button, nothing.

I started having this issue on ios 18 and now on 26.1 it still persists.

I tried all the common ways to fix a bug, restarting, deleting the app, disabling iCloud sync and nothing worked.

Has anyone been able to fix this bug, it is really annoying?
