Blank page in Jio settings on iPhone 16 Pro Max

Model = 16 pro Max 256gb

issue when I go to settings, mobile services, Jio, uses it shows blank page…. Please help me to solve this issue I tried everything including resetting my iPhone too

Hello!

What do you mean by mobile services? Settings > Mobile Services is not a path I’ve heard of before. Can you show a screenshot, so we can better help you?

Settings>Mobile service> Jio ( I’m using Jio SIM card )> uses

(show plan details) does not show anything
