i have bought new airpods pro 3 from vodafone on 17 of november 2025 and i have the receipt and when i went through apple support to check the warranty expiry date i found that the expiry is on 18 of October 2026 which means 11 months warranty only, how is that?

Is Vodaphone an official Apple retailer? If not, the warranty started when Vodaphone bought them from Apple. If they are then contact Apple to update purchase date.
