Apple Music not allowing connection to Verizon.

Hello I am messaging again because my apple music is still not allowing me to connect to my Verizon services but is still allowing me to use the app. I would like to be able to use my subscription as intended with my family.

You would have to check with Verizon on that and you have to give them your Apple Account to link their plan to Apple Music. That is an offer Verizon is offering to you and responsible for giving you the service that you pay them for. Also note that Verizon has 2 plan choices for Apple Music and they are priced different. The Individual plan can only be used by one person and the Family plan which costs more can be used by up to 5 members, but those 5 members must be part a a Family Sharing account on your phone to share the subscription.

Here is some additional information:

  • Activating Apple Music on your Verizon account

  • Plans offered by Verizon, although I am not sure which specific plan you are using.

  • And here is how you set up a Family Sharing plan on your iPhone so the Apple Music subscription can be shared with other members. You still need the Family subscription of Apple Music to share it with others in a Family Plan. The individual subscription of Apple Music will only be able to be used user who purchased the subscription.
