Healthcare provider medical records not syncing to HealthKit

When connecting my main healthcare provider (One Medical) to the health app to get medical records, it seems to successfully connect but no records are synced into healthkit. However, if I do the same thing from a different phone connected to a different apple id, it works just fine. It also works fine if I do this in the xcode simulator. There's something going on with my Apple ID specifically for this provider (other providers work fine) that is blocking the data from being synced. Any help would be appreciated.
