Second iCloud email not showing in iPhone Mail

I have the new Iphone 17Pro Max. My second icloud email messages have not transferred into my mailbox which also shows my BT email.

My phone is set up with my BT email and a different default icloud email address.

My emails for all are working on my macbook air but I no longer get my icloud emails on my phone mail app.

Can you help with detailed info as to how I can resolve this please?

To resolve this on your new iPhone, you first need to determine if the second email is an alias (sharing the same login) or a separate account (using a different password). If it is an alias, your emails are likely arriving but are hidden in a folder that isn't pinned to your main list; to fix this, open the Mail app, tap Mailboxes in the top left, tap Edit, and ensure the specific folder for that email address is selected so it appears in your view.


However, if the second email uses a different password, it is a separate account that iCloud does not automatically transfer during setup, so you must manually reconnect it by going to Settings > Apps > Mail > Add Account and logging in with those specific credentials.


If the account is already there but silent, check Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Mail to ensure the "Allow Sending From" toggle is active for that specific address.
