iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector peeling

Hello. My 17 Pro Max has a problem with the screen protector. The glass is peeling off at the edges, leaving a 1-2mm gap that doesn't adhere. I've already tried four different brands, and they all have the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this, and has anyone found a screen protector that actually sticks at the edges? Thanks.

I think I've identified the problem. It's not the curvature of the glass (which isn't really pronounced, I tested it), but rather there are probably some adhesive or silicone residues from the manufacturing process that are preventing the tempered glass from adhering properly. After cleaning the iPhone glass again with a strong cleaner (Sterilium), the JETech glass now adheres almost perfectly. There's only one spot in the top corner where it's not sticking, but it's so small that it's barely noticeable. I think I could have achieved a 100% clean and completely adhered surface with isopropyl alcohol.

Perhaps list here the screen protectors with which you have experienced difficulty - as this will avoid duplication - and may help others.

When applying a screen protector, proper cleaning of the screen with 80% isopropyl alcohol wipes is essential - as is allowing the screen to fully dry before applying the screen protector.

Apple directly markets Belkin screen protectors for iPhone - and in many Apple stores offers fitting service. Zagg also have excellent reputation for their screen protectors.

I tried products from Tocol, JETech, WFTE, and other no-name brands. I currently have the Tocol one on, where the edge is "only" 1mm. But none of the screen protectors stick to the edge. It's not due to cleaning either; I've tried everything. The problem is, on the one hand, the strong curve at the edge of the iPhone 17 Pro Max and, on the other hand, the fact that the protectors aren't properly fitted.
