How do you know the artist did not remove it?
Apple does not usually remove content unilaterally unless it violates their terms of service. A song hardly qualifies for that, so the only remaining option is that the artist did remove it for some reason.
You may want to contact the artist directly.
If Apple did remove it, they will not offer an explanation for it here in this user to user forum however, and as such there's no way for anyone here to know why it was removed by them if Apple did in fact remove it.
In that case the artist needs to contact Apple Support directly to find out why it was removed and what can be done to get it back.
If an artist believes their work has been copied, Apple will notify that artist for dispute resolution. Users are not made aware of the communications between those artists and a settlement could be made or they could have backed down and pulled their content from Apple Music. I would expect that an artist that does not respond to a copyright infringement claim, would have their content removed by Apple.
If you believe Music or a Music Video available through Apple Music or the iTunes Store violates your intellectual property rights, you can submit your claim here. In most cases, content available through Apple Music or the iTunes Store is provided to Apple by third party content providers and, upon receiving your submission, we will contact the provider of the disputed content regarding your claim and ask that they work with you directly to resolve the issue.

With the advent of AI generated music it is actually not surprising. Oddly enough "Pink House" sounds eerily similar to "Pink Pony Club" by Chappell Roan too. Remember it is not just lyrics that are subject to a copyright infringement and also includes melodies, arrangements, and samples. You don't have to be a lawyer to notice the similarities and there is no AI defense where you would not be liable. Unfortunately AI just can't help itself from copying artists when given the task to create music as that is all it knows.
The artist posted how Apple was the one that removed it.
