Apple disputes my purchase of Logic Pro X

Logic Pro X does not show in my list of purchases and so cannot be downloaded. But I have an email from Apple confirming purchase and download of Logic Pro X in 2016. Apple support keeps telling me this app was free back then. How can I get help? I’m positive I bought this app. (I had it for years with no issue so it was certainly not a trial.)
