I see 'the request timed out' when trying to download new music on my iPhone

Hello. I have a problem with music app, i can’t listen and download new music. I see the text on my screen: the request timed out. Why? What’s a problem? Please help me with this issue. My last pay at 30th November. And i have time to listen and download music
