Sleep score hours seem very "off" compared to the old system recorded by the Apple Watch and read on the Health app. What could be occurring?

When does the sleep score timing start? Does it not allow sleep timing ot start before one sets their bedtime alarm?

I find that I have been asleep for more than 4 hours, have just woken from a dream, and the blue color has not even been recording for 2 hours. The sleep score is off compared to the original system that preceded it. Does anyone know why the new system gives me very different information?

Yes, on my Ultra 2 as well. If I go to bed earlier than the Sleep Schedule, my sleep statistics show a nap.

Same if I sit at the table after breakfast and read my newspaper, another nap recorded.

Yes, I was. It seemed to give me mostly useful info until updated to the sleep score. I reset it and see if that might help with recording tonight. I don't need to know much more than how many times I wake up at night and how many hours I slept.

Thanks, though. I will reset and see if that works better today. I might try a tighter watch band, too. If that doesn't work, I have a leather one that may be looser than the silicon; perhaps it loosened around my wrist at the same time as the update.
