Problem with payment games CAPCOM

I need help solving the payment problem in the App Store. I can't buy the full version of Resident Evil 4,2,3 in the game - store. I can only buy Resident Evil Village directly from the App Store. All these games are available for purchase and are allowed to be purchased. I have the money in my wallet. Other games are being purchased fine. However, there is a glitch with games from Capcom's in game-stores. I can't buy Resident Evil 4, and it says that my payment can't be completed and failed. Please contact customer support. How to solve the problem with the purchase? I can't even contact support about this issue.

Thank you for your reply, and for your added info. There must be some small detail that requires attention. Thank you for your patience.

Re: "I have a credit wallet apple account, and I have payment from phone carrier and enough money."

You may want to check that your payment method is one that Apple can accept:

See what payment methods Apple Can accept in your country or region:

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple Account - Apple Support

If Mobile Billing from your particular provider is accepted in your country or region:

Eg: says (5) "Mobile billing is only available with supported service providers.

This list is subject to change. Find out more about service provider billing".

Re: " .... purchase in the game store, and I confirm the purchase, but then I receive a message stating that the purchase cannot be completed and that I should contact customer support."

Contacting the provider of your payment method may reveal an answer.

The purchase may not be being approved by the provider of your payment method. If you have disputed a charge from Apple, (or the game's manufacturer ?) you may need to authorise your payment-method provider to allow payments to Apple again.

Sometimes laws change in a country, and / or your authorisation for international payments may be required in order for payments to complete.

Payment methods may also require a new expiry date, or another detail updated.

Sometimes a certain game may just not be available in your country or region.

Wondering if this Capcom support webpage for enquiries etc, may help you make contact: https://www.capcom.co.jp/ir/english/inquiry.html

If this is the same Resident Evil 4 game app in the App Store as shown online :This is version 1.0.5

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resident-evil-4/id6462360082

The webpage says the game is

  • for people Aged 18 + ,
  • free to download but in-app purchases are necessary to fully use the game ...

(Eg: there are various in-app purchases that cost from 99c up to $59.99 for the base game.)

  • seems you need to have a controller (not keyboard and mouse)
  • for Mac, iPhone or iPad ... and there is a list of system requirements

Eg for a Mac, requires MacOS 13 or later, and M1 chip or later

Re: "payment can't be completed and failed ... Please contact customer support. "

If you are under 18 years, that is likely the cause. You can not download or purchase the game:

If you are 18 + and your Mac has M1 chip or later, see whether Apple support's articles (link below) can help:

See what payment methods Apple can accept in your country or region:

See what to do: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Thank you for taking the time to reply, and to let us know that you are still looking for a solution.

Re: haven't been able to find a solution from Apple support or Capcom support.

I guess you have checked your Mac has enough storage space available for the "64.2 Gb" game, and that there are no restrictions set for "in-app" purchases in your Mac's settings.

Else: I don't know what the cause could be, and thus have no solution to offer.

The provider of your payment method may know why payment is a problem,

or

Maybe this article provides some clue:

Thanks for the advice. But this doesn't solve the problem. Everything works with other games and programs. Everything is paid and purchased. Only games with in game store purchases from Capcom I cant buy . But they should be able to purchase without any issues. I haven't been able to find a solution from Apple support or Capcom support. Still with out Resident Evil 4,2,3 (

There are no restrictions on the MacBook for purchases or specifically for these games. There is enough space to install them, and they are installed. The internet works during the purchase in the game store, and I confirm the purchase, but then I receive a message stating that the purchase cannot be completed and that I should contact customer support. I have a credit wallet apple account, and I have payment from phone carrier and enough money. The message does not explain why the payment cannot be completed, and the reason is unknown. For example, I purchased RE Village from the App Store without any issues, and it is the same game from Capcom, but the purchase is not from the game's internal store. I do not know what to do =( But I really want to play RE4=) Thanks for the explanatory link to the internal game purchases. I also can't connect with Capcom due to the fact that there is no choice of game to send a message of support. I physically cannot write them a complaint and a request for help.

I don't know what happened, but today I went to RE4 and the purchase went through. I couldn't buy for two weeks, but then the payment went through, and it was like magic. Or maybe the technical support team responded on the forum. Someone read my request, or something else happened, but now everything is fine. Thank you!
