Apple Watch: Account for Backpack Weight
With Apple Watch and Fitness is there a way to track the weight of a backpack? I burn more calories depending on the weight of the pack. I've read lots of posts about "Outdoor Walk" and "Hike", but I haven't found any mention of how the watch treats the activities. (There are difference in the displays). To me a hike is over more difficult terrain, using more fine muscles. Other than that walking and hiking are pretty much the same and any additional calories from altitude or pace should addressed in the tracking.
