After syncing my iPhone playlists do not show up on my Mac. Now what?
iPhone playlists not showing on Mac after syncing.
I created several new Playlists on my iPhone yesterday and sync'd to my Mac Mini today. The new Playlists do not show up in the Finder window lists where the syncing/updating takes place.
The old ones are there including two Smart Playlists.
Seven, in total, are missing out of twenty-seven.
I've already tried
- turning the iPhone off and restarting it
- then on my Mac turning the Music app off
- then syncing,
but the new Playlists do not show up.
I checked things like the: Artists, Albums, Genres and those boxes checked are fine and the music in my iPhone has updated.

I do not use a music subscription: this is all music I own.
The Mac Mini and the iPhone both run up-to-date software.

(I've been an Apple user since the 80's.) This is painful.
