Suddenly I didn’t find my photos of 2024 year only on my phone . And it is not backed up on icloud , what is the reason and i need to get it back .

Without a backup and without anything in Recently Deleted there is nowhere to recover them from.
Maybe they have the wrong year in the metadata. Have you tried searching for a keyword, eg if one of the 2024 photos had a bicycle in, search for bicycle,
Same here! Photos I clicked in 2024 and 2025 are missing! Even though I have sync ON it is not in icloud. This needs to be checked. Apple support was of no help.
