How do I fix wobbly screen and unresponsive touch on iPad Air 5th gen?

Hello, my ipad air 5th gen shows abnormality when touched the screen shows wobbly thing even tho the touch is light and sometimes when I just put it down it also shows it what should i do? i already tried changing the screen protector and case but it is still there and also the screen sometimes does not respond to touches
