How can I stop Safari from suggesting user names? "User names and passwords" is unchecked!

How can I stop Safari from suggesting user names, it covers up my 1Password. In "Settings" under the "AutoFill" Tab "User names and passwords" is unchecked! I suppose I can remove all traces of any of my email addresses from my Mac. Other than this, what can I do? The result is when logging on to any website in Safari the first step is trying to remove the long list of possible user names. I use 1Password. To see the actual login I need to remove this list of random possible user names, it is incredibly annoying.
