On my iPhone under settings if I go into account it list my wife’s name at top with my correct apple account below. How can I get it to show my name above my account? Thanks

You should be able to change it in Settings > Apple Account (name at the top) > Personal Information > Name.

On your phone.......what does it display when you tap Settings > General > About and look for Name?
Does your name appear, or does someone else's name appear?
If someone else's name appears, you can edit that to make your name appear.
Are you sharing an Apple Account? If so, that can (will) cause all sorts of problems.
Is the correct info is shown when you log into https://account.apple.com website?
No on General About Name is has my name on that line. Thanks for helping
