iPhone 16 ringtone continues after calls on iOS 26.1

i have recently updated to ios 26.1 on my brand new iPhone 16 after few days I found a bug that after attending the call too the ringtone is kept ringing till call end . After call ends also it may ring for few second this is main issue I faced there also small 2 bugs its negligible but this ringing issue is very big issue pls correct it
