Mac mini fails to enroll in Intune with MDM profile error

I’m trying to enroll my Mac mini in my company’s BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program, which uses Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management. However, during the enrollment process, I encounter an error when installing the MDM configuration profile.


Error message displayed:

“Unable to retrieve the final profile from the encrypted profile service. The profile credentials may have expired. Please try downloading a new profile.”

What’s interesting is that I already have an iPhone successfully enrolled with the same work profile through the same service, and it works perfectly. On macOS 26.1 “Tahoe”, however, the enrollment cannot be completed.
