New Outlook does not load emails

Hello everyone, I am currently facing an issue with the New Outlook client on a 2017 MacBook Pro running macOS 13. When I launch the new Outlook, not the classic version, the application opens but never loads any emails. It stays stuck on “Contacting server” indefinitely and the inbox does not populate. I would like to know if anyone has experienced this behavior and found a solution or workaround. Any guidance regarding configuration, cache handling, or compatibility would be greatly appreciated. First place to troubleshoot this issue is by either contacting Microsoft support or looking at their help site/forum.
